Prices do not include postage.
We use Australia Post eParcel service for all deliveries.
Please allow at least 5 working days after your order has been dispatched for delivery time.
Postage is calculated by an automated service dependant on your postcode and the weight of your order and maybe adjusted at the time of reciept of your order.
All orders are assigned an Australia Post tracking number and you can check the where abouts of your order
on the Australia Post website by using the tracking no. that was sent to you in an email from Kandlekaz that shows your order status as "posted" and a tracking no. starting with KPE00....... click this link to goto AustPost track your item.

We do not accept liability for any loss incurred due to non-delivery by Australia Post of your order. However we do offer and recommend postage insurance. You can choose to insure your order during the checkout process at an additional cost of $2.00/$100 or part thereof order value. Insured orders are specially registered with Ausralia Post and this registration does not show on the Eparcel sticker attached to your order.
Please beware that bank deposit payments and credit card payments submitted through Paypal can take several days to be credited to our account. Your order will not be posted until your payment has cleared.
We do not ship to locations outside of Australia.


We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
  has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  is unsafe
  is significantly different from the sample or description
  doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

1) If you wish to cancel your order:

you can request by email to us before we have dispatched the goods to you (please be aware if you have already paid for your order any non refundable fees charged to us by what ever credit provider you may have used to make this purchase will be deducted from your refund)


where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2, 3 and 4 below.

2) The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3) Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund less any credit provider fees charged to us for your purchase or an exchange credit as required.

4) You can not return goods in the following circumstances: -

a) in the event the product has been used.

b) to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.
